GEORGE NEWS - Telkom telephone lines are faulty. The George Municipality can confirm that it is experiencing technical difficulties and the fault appears to be the Telkom side.
In some departments, such as the Fire Department, calls can be received, but cannot make external calls.
On the other side, the Civils department cannot make or receive calls. The service provider is attending to the situation.
