GEORGE NEWS - The public is advised that black, blue and green bag collection will continue today for the Friday areas as per list below. All three bags, that is black, blue and green bags, will be collected at the same time.
FRIDAY: Glenwood, Loerie Park, Eden, Genevafontein, Denver Park, Bergsig, Eastern Extension, businesses
Collection of the refuse for Thursday areas as per list below will take place on Saturday and Sunday (3 and 4 October). All bags – black, green and blue - will be collected simultaneously.
THURSDAY: Wilderness Heights, Dormehlsdrift, George South, Le Grand, Bos en Dal, Groeneweidepark, Sinksabrug, Herold, Geelhoutboom, Eselsjacht, Hansmoeskraal, Jonkershoek, Rooirivierrif, Pacaltsdorp, Rosedale, Waboomskraal
Refuse collection will continue from Monday 5 October as per regular schedule (see below). Please note, black and green refuse bags will be collected first.
A second round will be made to collect the blue bags only.
