GEORGE NEWS - A large portion of Area 4 in Asazani, Thembalethu will unfortunately remain off today. The contractor has to secure the locks and doors of the mini-substation before the electrical wiring can go live.
The severe damage to a mini-substation was caused from illegal connections.
The repair work started on Monday, 3 August. This is a prolonged outage due to illegal connections that had to be removed.
