GEORGE NEWS - Please note that municipal AREA OFFICES (Blanco, Conville, Pacaltsdorp, Rosedale, New Dawn Park, Rosemoor, Protea Park, Touwsranten as well as the Thembalethu and Waboomskraal Thusong Centres) remain committed to assist communities in the surrounding areas with regard to the following municipal services:
• Dealing with complaints and enquiries (e.g. accounts, rates, etc);
• Free units / lost tokens - Ontec 044 873 5474;
• After hours: electricity blocked 063 699 5998;
• Update of housing database / information;
• Submission of water meter readings;
• Gunplast applications etc.
During the current lockdown period (amended level 3), these offices are open to the public Mondays to Fridays (08:00 to 16:00), while officials can be contacted until 16:30. After hour emergencies 044 801 6300.

• Inhandiging van watermeterlesings;
• “Gunplast” aansoeke;
Tydens die huidige inperking (aangepaste vlak 3), sal die onderstaande AREAKANTORE tydens kantoorure oop wees vir die publiek (Maandag tot Vrydag 08:00 tot 16:00), terwyl amptenare tot en met 16:30 gekontak kan word. Na ure kan die noodnommer 044 801 6300 geskakel word.
