GEORGE NEWS - When you buy a bag of Imprint, the newly launched coffee brand of Life Community Services, you buy coffee with a cause.
The brand was launched officially at Caloroso Roaster and Eatery last week as a fund-raising campaign for the non-profit organisation that has been impacting the lives of children in poor communities in George for almost two decades.
The coffee is of Ugandan origin and the beans are roasted at Caloroso. It is available at R80 for 250g (beans or ground) from Caloroso in Meade Street, at the Life Community Services office at 122 Cradock Street, and online at www.lifecommunity.co.za.
David May, Life's marketing and funding officer, said they are excited about the project and hope to branch out into different flavours at a later stage.
