GEORGE NEWS - The Van der Merwe family of Le Grand Estate welcomed the Gouws family as new co-developers of Le Grand. Johan Gouws has been selected as the chairman of Le Grand home owners' association (Hoa).

Jacques Gouws has been appointed as the financial director of both the Hoa and the developer, and Ruben Gouws as the operations director of the developer.

Joanies Properties CC has been reappointed as the managing agent of Le Grand Estate, administered by Joey Beukes and Inge Voigt. New independent committee members and directors were elected during the recent annual general meeting to ensure transparency. 

"The new developers have a new and exciting vision for Le Grand Estate to ensure that the estate becomes one of the most prestigious developments in the Southern Cape," said Johan van der Merwe, who has been managing the estate for many years.
