JONKERSBERG
On the East side of the Outeniqua Pass, mopping-up operations have been finalised. The area will be monitored.

JONKERSBERG (NORTH-WEST)
Mopping-up of the area is in process and will continue throughout the evening. Smoke is visible as the back burn has not moved through all available vegetation within the perimeter.

WABOOMSKRAAL
Fire lines are well-contained. CapeNature is patrolling the area and will monitor throughout the evening.

SPITSKOP / DUBBELBERG
A smoldering area in a south-western direction. Aerial bombing is delayed, due to poor visibility.

GARCIA PASS
The area is being monitored.

BUFFELSNEK / KRANSBOS
Area is contained.

DIEPWALLE
Two spots are smoldering in an indigenous forest. Contained.
Generally, conditions are looking good. No flare-ups were reported today.
