GEORGE NEWS - An inspirational Women's Month event by Tia (Transformation in Action) will be held on Saturday 17 August from 11:30 to 14:00 in the George Municipality's conference hall.
Bonny Brink-Lawrence from TIA says, "It is a free, interactive, fun-filled, debate-based event that is not to be missed. The role of women in civil society is the focus."
Only 50 seats are available and it is first-reserved attendance. Based on the responses received, the event will be repeated.
It will be video filmed and will form part of a documentary being compiled for Global Women’s Forum 2019, a Women’s Month events coverage initiative.
