GEORGE NEWS - The future of a perfect South Africa - what will or could it look like? Ideas were exchanged about this tonight at an interactive discussion about what young minds and hearts would want to see.
One speaker said if his mother grew up in the present, a world filled with technology, she could have taught him so much.
”But my mothers history and what she taught me is irrelevant at Varsity.”
Another speaker said she wished we could live in a world where men are taught how to treat women.
The Nelson Mandela University gave the platform for these ideas to be exchanged and the One City Many Cultures with the Centre for the advancement of non-racialism and democracy (Canrad) facilitated it.
The discussions started in Cape Town and was now brought to George for new ideas to be shared.
