GEORGE NEWS & VIDEO - There is great excitement this afternoon, Sunday 5 June at Eagles Nest Ministries where the Early Childhood Development Forum is having a high tea event for the teachers in the ECD sector.
The aim of the tea is to boost the morale of the teachers which will have a positive impact on the emotional safety of the child and bridge the gap between the principal of the creches and their teachers.
It is taking place against the background of Child Protection week.
Gayleen Tobias, chairperson of the ECD Forum, spoke to the George Herald.
