GEORGE NEWS - Over 100 women gathered at Getafix Garden Cafe at the botanical garden in George on National Women's Day, 9 August to celebrate all women from all walks of life.
The tea party - with some wine in the mix - was organised by the WOW Outeniqua Women's club and all the proceeds are going to Phambili Women's Refuge.

Laughter, fun, lucky draws, a well-supported raffle and interesting talks were at the order of the day, and all the women sported hats and gloves for the festive occasion - wonderful women having fun helping each other. Chairwoman Rose Endres thanked the many sponsors for their contributions.
