GEORGE NEWS AND VIDEOS - The Go George bus service into Thembalethu has officially started today, 5 November. The service was supposed to roll out in June 2016, but was delayed several times.

The first bus entered Thembalethu just after 05:00. Everything went smooth and no incidents were reported.

Strict security measures were in place. Major-General Norman Modishana, Eden District Commissioner was also present. The passengers George Herald spoke to said they were happy for the service.

George Herald went along for the ride.
