GEORGE NEWS - The Garden Route Botanical Garden invites residents to join them on Friday evening 8 November, on a night tour around the garden.
Joining the tour will be amphibian expert Ferdie de Lange and "expert of all things living the Garden Route Botanical Garden", Colin Ralston to introduce participants to the night life of the garden.
According to the organisers, people should be on the lookout for the Knysna dwarf chameleon, interesting insects and birds, as well as 11 different species of frogs.
You will need a flashlight and a very good ear to track their calls, and lots of enthusiasm.
The tour starts at 18:45 and the cost is R30.
