GEORGE NEWS - Gela le Roux and 24 other hopeful Mrs SA finalists are in Johannesburg for the glittering grand finale of Mrs South Africa 2018 at Emperors palace on Friday 17 November.
The pageant will be aired on SABC 3 at 18:30 on Sunday 19 November.
Gela told the George Herald, “Yesterday we had the interviews. It was much tougher than I had imagined.
"Luckily Chantal Rutter Dros, a media trainer who recently moved to George, helped me prepare.
" Just a word of thanks to all back home for their words of encouragement.”
This prestigious event where reigning Mrs SA Hlengiwe Twala will hand over her crown to her successor, will be hosted by Jo-Ann Strauss, former Miss South African and businesswoman, and multi award-winning musician Loyiso Bala.
The finale promises to be a spectacular production by Jan Malan.
It will feature a star-studded guest list of top South African talent and top leading South African designers who will walk the red carpet at the social event, while the Vuyani Dance Group will keep the guests entertained on the evening.
