GEORGE NEWSFLASH - Magistrate Eugenia Jacobs remanded the sentencing of Chantelle Kyd (36), a former financial clerk at Thembalethu and Dellville Park primary schools, who was found guilty on 66 charges of fraud involving R330 000, to Friday 19 January 2018.
Jacobs wants time to consider an appropriate sentence after listening to the final arguments by the defence and prosecution on Thursday 14 December in the Thembalethu Regional Court.
