GEORGE NEWS - On Monday 15 July, the Southern Cape leg of the famous kykNET Dans in jou Taal competition was held at Carpe Diem School.
The Carpe Diem Hip Hop group, Carpies, participated and their excellent performance has secured them a place in the final.
This will be held in Pretoria at the end of August and will be broadcast next year. It is an amazing opportunity for the learners - for some a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity - and it will be very good exposure for students with disability all over the country. The dancers are giving their best with choreographer, Melissa Joubert, and are eager to go!
