GEORGE NEWS - The Cansa Relay For Life 2017/2018 launch was held at the Eden Meander Lifestyle Centre on Saturday 30 September with a colourful and active Zumba session.
The theme for next year's Relay For Life is "Purple Cansalympics".
The event will be held on 24 March 2018 at Carpe Diem School.
According to Lorraine Verhagen, chairperson of Cansa Relay For Life George, they launched with a Zumba class because they wanted to promote a more healthy and active way of living.
The morning of the relay will kick off with a 10km road race followed by a whole night of sporting and fun activities.
All proceeds will go to Cansa Relay For Life.
