GEORGE NEWS - George Hospital has sent out a friendly request for breast milk donations from any healthy lactating and breastfeeding mom who can express enough extra milk.
Containers will be made available for mothers to express milk either at the hospital or in the comfort of their homes.
Milk can be dropped off at the hospital (Ward 3) or alternatively, contact the hospital Neonatal Unit for a driver to collect the milk. Donors will have to fill out the necessary paperwork.
