GEORGE NEWS - Officials of the George Municipality Law Enforcement division enjoyed Mandela Day with Siyazama Educare Centre in Zone 1, Thembalethu.
The law enforcement officials funded this outreach themselves, and received sponsorships from African Express, Clareen Remas, a former councillor, Arthrodene Cherry, Melissa von Willigh, Joey Muller and his team, Senior Insp. Jason Rondganger, Insp. Roland Hardnick and Waka Fruits.
The 70 children at the crèche were treated to party packs, McDonald's happy meals and custom made colouring books and pencils. The law enforcement officials took the time to design and make the colouring books for the school. Eden FM broadcasted live at the event and joined in the fun.
