Appointed by the George Municipality in 2018, Zutari introduced a pioneering “duckbill” spillway design to solve complex technical and environmental challenges. The result: a 25% increase in the dam’s storage capacity, along with improved safety and discharge performance. As the city's main source of drinking water, the enhanced dam plays a critical role in securing George’s future.
