GEORGE NEWS - People arrived in multitudes to meet other business people and network at the monthly George Chamber of Business networking evening held at Tiger Wheel and Tyre’s premises.

Owner Sandra van Rensburg told the meeting about how she and her husband came to this area for a holiday and decided to stay. Initially it was difficult as they had a young family, but their business has grown steadily and they have since taken over the branch in Mossel Bay.
In 2010, Nico van Rensburg was nominated as the Business Person of the Year.

The Chamber welcomed six new members: Malcolm McClelland from CP Nel Motors, Mossel Bay; Phillip de Vries - Eden Leadership Foundation; Tania Redpath - South Cape Auto; Wendy Thompson - The Computer Bird; Maurice le Grange -Landy World; Donald Goldfain - The Branch Office.


Guests at the Chamber networking evening enjoyed discussing business and socialising.
