Pharmacist Jacques Papenfus leads the team with a BPharm degree from the North West University, marking the start of a lifelong commitment to healthcare excellence. Focusing on courses relating to primary care drug therapy, immunisation, injection techniques, and the Pharmacist-Initiated Management of Antiretroviral Therapy, Jacques has fortified his expertise in drug therapy and chronic condition management.

With a tenure of 30 years in community pharmacy management, Jacques has exemplified leadership that prioritises patient care. His management philosophy has transformed community pharmacies under his leadership into pharmacies where the community finds not just medication, but support, advice and compassion.

This extensive experience in management highlights Jacques's adaptability and foresight in meeting the evolving needs of patients and the healthcare industry.

Sister Louise Steyn has 47 years of experience and started her nursing career in 1977. She completed a number of courses and underwent rigorous training in nursing, pharmacology and forensics.

She established her first clinic in Mpumalanga, from where she later served at Gariep Dam's state clinic. In George, she expanded her services to Pick n Pay Pharmacy and the Easycare Clinic.
