GEORGE NEWS - The Seeff Property Group George branch recently celebrated outstanding achievements by its team at the 2025 regional awards ceremony, held at the Simola Hotel, Country Club and Spa in Knysna.
Among the standout performers was Liya Peter, who was named Marketing Agent of the Year, recognising his exceptional performance and dedication in the property market.
The awards celebrate agents and staff members across the region who have demonstrated excellence in sales, rentals and administration throughout 2025. Peter won this award in 2023 and 2024 as well.

Salome Werner received the Newcomer of the Year award after making a significant impact during her first year back in the industry, while Marlize Kruger was recognised as Administrator of the Year for the George branch for her vital support behind the scenes.
Two long-standing agents, Anton Bester and Karen Groenewald, were honoured as Lifetime Achievers after maintaining Achiever Status for 10 consecutive years.
Bester and Groenewald were also among the region’s top performers in their respective fields.
