Unisa Communication Manager of the Western Cape Region, Francois Louw said that the university is celebrating 14 years in George and there are currently 2 000 students registered and 30 000 in the Western Cape. "Unisa is proud of its international status with many students studying abroad."
Following on the usual bonhomie, the new members got an opportunity to introduce themselves, after which the lucky draw winners were announced. The new Business Chamber Secretary, Louine Oliver was introduced and Business Chamber President Dr Willie Cilliers reminded members to support the Chamber Golf Day to be held on Thursday 30 May (today). He announced the next networking evening will be hosted by Algoa FM on 20 June.
