The François Ferreira Academy is a trusted, accredited chef training academy and hospitality training institute based in George, Western Cape, South Africa.
We equip our learners with the essential chef and hotel management skills, to work efficiently and effectively in the hospitality industry as skilled chefs, hotel managers, and trained kitchen assistants and servers, both locally and internationally.
The academy has a fully equipped modern kitchen, and staff who have a wealth of experience both professionally and academically. Learners are given the opportunity to develop and grow in a safe environment that is conducive to studying and that may offer work placement in world-class restaurants and hospitality establishments.
