The coach, Jan Fourie, is not only a certified CrossFit trainer, but also a biokineticist by profe
ssion. He has vast experience in sports conditioning, orthopaedic rehabilitation and the correction of posture and bio-mechanics.
Since graduating from the University of Potchefstroom in 2003, Jan has been working with top athletes in various sporting disciplines. His personal experience in sport, combined with his passion for people and understanding of human movement, has made him a successful and sought after coach.
What to expect in a class at CrossFit Wings
CrossFit Wings is an exclusive box with classes no bigger than nine people.
Every class is coached and supervised by Jan. It includes a warm-up and demonstration of movement standards and technique. A CrossFit class is an experience that will have you working harder and pushing the limits further while being supported and cheered on by fellow CrossFitters.
