BUSINESS NEWS - There is excitement in Dynarc House today about the brand-new Augusta Grill restaurant that officially opens today, Thursday 19 April.
After five trial runs over the past few weeks, manager Bruce Gates is satisfied that all operations are running smoothly and executive chef Paul Tugwell and the staff are ready to welcome patrons for a taste of exquisite formal dining.
The name of the restaurant was inspired by the magic of the world-famous Augusta National Golf Club in Georgia, home to the annual Masters Tournament.
The restaurant seats 65 guests in the formal dining section on the inside and 35 on the deck. The wine lounge can accommodate 25 people and there is a Barista-themed patisserie that seats a further 25.
The Master's Room, a high-spec, high-tech conference venue that seats 24 people, can also be booked. The restaurant provides a kids' play area so that diners can enjoy an evening of fine wine and great food at their leisure.
"This week, parking might be a challenge, but ample under-cover parking will be available from next week onwards. The inside and outside parking areas are fully secured with our own security," says Gates.
Patrons have a choice from a lovely variety. The menu offers plated and bowl breakfasts. The main menu features delicious appetisers, main grills and house specialities.

Diners who were invited for the trial runs, swooned over the delectable desserts and pastry creations that attest to the kitchen's talent and attention to detail. The patisserie features between 30 and 40 fresh pastries daily. Everything is baked on site.
Pleasant live background music by various artists, including a pianist on the grand piano on stage, saxophonists and violinists, adds to the superb ambience.
