GEORGE NEWS - Due to unforeseen delays, the estimated time of repairs has been extended to 16:00 today.
The following streets remain affected:

- Newton Street
- Hope Street
- Merriman Street
- Palgrave Street
- Wentzel Street
Technicians are busy repairing and reconnecting the underground power cable to restore electricity supply.
George Municipality apologises for the inconvenience and thanks residents for their continued patience and understanding.
