GEORGE NEWS - The George Landfill Site is currently temporarily closed due to rainy weather conditions.
This closure is necessary for safety reasons, as the access road is wet and slippery, posing a risk to both vehicles and pedestrians.
The site will reopen once conditions are deemed safe.
George Municipality apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks you for your understanding.
