GEORGE NEWS - The George Municipality hereby informs the public that, with effect from 1 July, Motor Vehicle Registration services will no longer be available on Saturdays at the George Motor Vehicle Registration offices.
The last Saturday on which Motor Vehicle Registration services will be offered will be 20 June 2026.
The discontinuation of Saturday Motor Vehicle Registration services follows a considered operational decision informed by service delivery and operational requirements.
Motor Vehicle Registration services will continue to be available during normal weekday operating hours.
The Municipality thanks residents for their understanding and cooperation.
