CrossFit Wings Teen Championship competition
The CrossFit Wings Teen Championship competition that took place on Friday and Saturday, 13 and 14 April, at the Tekkie Town Head Office in George saw some great sportsmanship between the competitors. Owner and head coach at CrossFit Wings, Jan Fourie, believes that the event was a great success as it saw competitors coming from all corners of the country. He said the reason for the event was to give top-performing CrossFit teenagers from across the country the opportunity to compete against their peers, thereby promoting the sport of CrossFit and investing in upcoming athletes.
