The George Business Chamber has been ultra secretive about the details of its much-anticipated GBC Gala Awards evening next Friday, 21 October. Now we know it was well worth the wait. Ticket sales went live this week and the venue was revealed as the freshly remodelled, vintage Hawthorndene Country Hotel in Heatherlands - now renamed Hawthorne Boutique Hotel.
