GEORGE NEWS - The George community is urged to assist in locating Thaila Roelfse from Pacaltsdorp, who has been reported missing since yesterday afternoon, Wednesday 3 September.

According to information received, Thaila was last seen wearing a short-sleeved blue striped shirt. 

A possible sighting was reported at about 16:00 near McDonald’s in Courtney Street.

She had gone to town in the morning to renew her bank card and ID at Capitec in Hibernia Street. 

At around 13:00 she contacted her family, informing them that she was taking a bus back home and would also be going to the clinic. However, it has not been confirmed whether she arrived at the clinic.

Family members say it is not in her nature to simply disappear.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact Rupert Pretorius from George CPF on 082 822 1870 or George SAPS immediately.
