George Lights Festival 2024
The George Christmas lights were switched on tonight, Saturday 7 December at 20:00, during the annual George Lights Festival. Mayor Jackie von Brandis led the countdown. The weather played along beautifully and the evening went off without a hitch thanks to George Community Police Form members, police, law enforcement and traffic officials doing their rounds.
