Vloedwater veroorsaak trauma
Vir 'n aantal gesinne in Merriman- en Hoopstraat was Maandag se vloed 'n traumatiese ervaring wat byna hul lewens gekos het. Nicola-Leigh Lekay, haar man, Johan Katzen, en hul driejarige seuntjie Johagen, tesame met Lekay se suster en haar baba, moes deur 'n venster in hul woonstel in Merrimanstraat klim en na die dak vir veiligheid vlug.
