Staptog vir Pink Trees
'n Groep van 220 dapper stappers het vroeg Sondag 24 Oktober aan 'n staptog ten bate van kanker deelgeneem. Hulle het by die verre noordelike deel van die Nelson Mandela Universiteit, George-kampus, bymekaargekom en die 5 km na Tierkop-hut aangedurf. Die stappers, waarvan baie pienk gedra het, het na 08:00 begin stap.
