Anti-corruption campaign in George
South Africa is in real danger to follow a pattern where corruption is becoming the norm. So said Deputy Mayor Charlotte Clarke during her address to representatives of various government departments during an anti-corruption campaign in George. The event was held last Friday at the Unity Park as an initiative of the Government Communication and Information Systems. It was attended by public servants, politicians, senior government officials from the Department of Justice, Home Affairs, Correctional Services, George Municipality, South African Police Services, George Business Chamber and the Garden Route District Municipality. All present signed a pledge against corruption.
