Kwaggas hou rugby-afskop met borge
Die afskop van die nuwe rugbyseisoen by Hoërskool Outeniqua is Woensdagaand, 4 Maart, met 'n spesiale funksie gevier waar rugbyspanne, trotse ouers, borge en afrigters vir die aankondiging van die spankapteins bymekaargekom het.Die borge van die rugbytruie was teenwoordig om die truie persoonlik aan elke span se kaptein en onderkaptein te oorhandig.
