Dr Andre Hattingh, stigter en uitvoerende hoof van Pediatric Care Africa, is vanoggend deur George op 'n motorfietstoer van 7 000 km deur Suid-Afrika om geld in te samel vir kinders wat mediese sorg en operasies nodig het, maar wat die nie kan beskostig nie. Hattingh het van Mosselbaai af deurgery na George, vergesel van 'n klompie plaaslike ryers en onder begeleiding van voertuie van die Outeniqua-buurtwag.
