Onwettige grondbesetters van New Dawn Park wat sedert einde Januarie in plakkershutte op 'n stuk grond langs die New Dawn Park Primêre Skool woon, kan vir eers rustig slaap. 'n Dringende aansoek om 'n hofbevel wat ten doel was om die grondbesetters te verwyder, is ongeldig verklaar. Die besluit is Maandag in die George-landdroshof geneem, nadat die groep se regsverteenwoordiger, Stephan Kleynhans, die aansoek teen gestaan het.
