With 80 stalls and lots of activities, the organisers ensured that families were kept amused.
The first ever 5km Moore Stephens George Berry Mountainbike Relay was also held on the farm.
Lianie May's popular performance on Sunday at 12:30 was a fitting way to end off the festival and she was a huge hit with the audience. The strawberry and ice cream eating competition was as popular as ever.
Owners Mark and Janelle Miller were hoping to draw over
8 000 people this year, but were grateful and pleased that neither the weather nor the roadworks stopped Georgians from enjoying themselves. "It was fantastic and we are touched by the good support we received. Despite the drawbacks like the power outage, we still generated quite a lot of feet. There were 4 000 at the festival on Sunday and 3 000 on Saturday," said Mark.
