GEORGE NEWS - A concert in the St Mark's Cathedral on Wednesday 28 September will offer an enjoyable programme with four local young pianists and two choirs on stage.
The idea of the organisers is to get music back into the cathedral after the long interruption caused by the pandemic.
Music lovers can look forward to performances by the George Male Choir and Eden Camarata a cappella group with piano interludes by the talented youngsters Ludolph Pedro and Samuel Leggatt, as well as brother and sister Jayden and Jesse van Heerden who recently did their Grade 8 piano exams.
The concert starts at 18:30. Entrance is a voluntary donation.
