GEORGE NEWS - The year-end exhibition of the South Cape Association of Visual Artists (Scava), titled Boundless Realm of Creativity, has started with a vibrant array of artworks on display.
Running until the end of January 2024, the exhibition showcases the talents of 45 artists, including several newcomers who are exhibiting for the first time.
The exhibition was opened on Friday evening, 24 November in the Sayer's Auditorium of the George Museum by Scava chairperson René Scribante. She thanked members for their artistic contributions and for being an integral part of Scava's thriving art community.
This year-end exhibition features a total of 71 artworks, each a testament to the diverse and boundless creativity within Scava. From paintings and sculptures to mixed media, the collection is a captivating journey into these artistic minds.
Art lovers are invited to drop in at the museum and immerse themselves in the beauty of this exhibition that is running together with the Object exhibition, currently on in the George Museum.
