CRICKET NEWS - World Aids Day, which is held annually on 1 December, brings together people from around the world to raise awareness about HIV/Aids and demonstrate international solidarity in the face of the pandemic.
As part of SWD Cricket's corporate social investment projects, members of the staff and other community stakeholders reached out to the Toekomsrus Clinic in Oudtshoorn.
Various children who are impacted by the pandemic were spoiled, as the donors adopted a child or children to spoil with Christmas presents.
Zenobia Nel of SWD Cricket, who co-ordinated the event, expressed a word of thanks and appreciation for the opportunity to be involved in the project, and to nursing staff at the Toekomsrus Clinic for their devotion.
