CRICKET NEWS - Union Stars CC, the winner of the Six Gun Grill SWD Premier League competition, was outplayed in the past weekend’s matches.
These matches were played to determine who will represent the Western Cape in the Cricket South Africa Club championship.
The matches, played against the Western Province (Durbanville CC) and Boland winners (Stellenbosch University), were played at the University of the Western Cape.
Union Stars lost against Maties by 90 runs and lost by seven wickets against the top team, Durbanville.
