CRICKET NEWS - The Garden Route Badgers women's team's assistant coach, Yolandi van der Westhuizen, has been appointed as the assistant coach for the SA U19 women.
The SA U19 women are taking part in the Nigeria Cricket Federation (NCF) Women's T20I Invitational Tournament in Lagos from 18 to 29 March, competing against Ghana, Sierra Leone, Nigeria and Rwanda.
This tournament provides another opportunity for the SA U19 women to compete at a high level as part of their preparations for the ICC U19 Women's World Cup in Bangladesh and Nepal in January 2027.
Garden Route Badgers' Jezé Campher also forms part of this team.
