NATIONAL NEWS - The Draft Bill on compulsory testing of every person’s DNA is before the SA Council of Provinces. This Bill has been secretly compiled behind closed doors since Covid appeared.
All those who had the Covid vaccine secretly had their DNA taken. The draft, now for comment, was finalised at the end of 2023. The Departments of Human Health and Internal Affairs were lead agencies.
This is supported by State Security who says, “DNA in a Government Data Base (G-CIS - Gov Comms & Info Centre) of all people in South Africa will assist with understanding our population background, behaviour and management”.
What is DNA?
DNA, or de-oxy-ribo-nucleic acid, is the hereditary material in humans. Nearly every cell in a person’s body has the same DNA. No two people have exactly the same DNA. The information in DNA comprises a code of four chemical bases: adenine (A), guanine (G), cytosine (C), and thymine (T).
Human DNA consists of about 3 billion bases. The order, or sequence, of these bases determines who or what we are. If the new cells are not an exact copy of the DNA in the old cell, then ‘NAD woke cells’ are formed, resulting in ‘Severe Muddle-Syndrome (SMS)’.
Benefits of DNA test
Dr Denyl Ababe of the G-CIS says, "DNA has much more benefits than finger prints which can be altered by modern surgery.
"Too much untrue finger pointing is occurring. With DNA we will know exactly who is who and where they have come from."
The Minister of Higher Education, Prof Nzimande said, "recent applications to universities have shown that some people are lost and just don’t know who they are, where they come from and where they are going, never mind what they should study to be. By knowing your DNA you can cut through the 30 percenters and know who are the sharp blades to study," he says.
Dietary needs
We must eat according to our DNA for Preventative Health. The Government must know what people want to eat into the future and not everyone should eat KFC, especially civil servants.
Mr Varkie Visagie of the Central Free State Agricultural Research Union commented, "It is important for farm planning that we know what farmers must produce in 10, 20 or 50 years time. There is no point farming more cows if Catholics will want only fish on Fridays. Veggies should be banned at a braai."
Ancestry information
DNA can help finding families for reunification. "If the Government has a data base of everyone’s DNA and it is not subjected to PAIA, it will help the population grow closer as we will get to know each other better through family relations," says Auntie Lily de Patte of the Good-4-All party.
The Dyslexics Council says, "It is a good thing to know everyone’s ADN as BEBEB could be scrapped."
Personality and behaviour
Get to Know Yourself Better. How sporty one will, or wont, be? How fat or thin you will be and what size clothes and shoes you will need? Will you be a good lover or a shy and quiet person? Thus, having DNA can help with arranged marriages and who not to invite to your party - at home or political. Rassie has said that it will help to plan future Springbok teams.
"There is no use wanting to be a scrumhalf if your DNA shows you will be built like a fat prop. Faf could never be a lock."
Addiction tendencies
Mini Mantashe notes that he has seen his DNA. "It is better to know that one much prefers Johnny Walker Blue to Klipdrift – especially in the mornings. Without knowing my DNA I would have no energy to find mineral water without gas," he said.
"If one is highly likely to be addicted to social media, then it may be a good idea to prepare yourself by avoiding mobile phones," said Ms Godzilla.
Improve security
The G-CIS and SSA noted that all DNA samples in SA will be entered into a database to prevent any acts of counter-terrorism and this will help with controlling elections, births, sports teams and protest marches.
Only those who have had their DNA taken will be allowed to vote, attend rallies and get a T-shirt.
"If your DNA shows that you are clever, you may in future get two votes," said the IEC.
DNA testing
Where to draw the line? DNA testing can provide a reliable way of revealing a person’s identity for immigration and travel purposes.
The Minister of Foreigner Affairs, Dr Nelady Panda, says that, "this will help with the direction we are taking as a country, whether it is north, south, east or north. West is out of the question, and that is where eye draw my top line in red," she says.

Free DNA tests will be available. When the Act is passed, it will be compulsory that all people who did not get Covid vaccines provide their details here.
The President noted that he/she/it/they will sign the Act before the elections, as they don’t know if the DNA of the ANC will change to MKVA, DA, PA-POO, FEE, GO-OD, IFP, VF+, RA or some other WOKE* party acronym after 29 May 2024.
"At least finger-printing or pointing will stop," he said.
