GEORGE NEWS - The funeral service of George businessman Les Dyason (75) will be held in George on Thursday 15 July, at 11:00.
Dyason died of Covid-19 on Tuesday 6 July in a hospital in Cape Town.
He was one of George’s most well-known residents. Since the news of his death became known, many have paid tribute to him.
His oldest son, Stephen, said all Covid safety protocols will be observed. This means that only a limited number of people will be able to attend. However, the event will be broadcast electronically and a link will be made available soon.
Dyason is survived by four children - Stephen, Dennis, Janine Dyason and Carmen Vockins - eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. His wife Dorothy passed away in 2008.
