In the female Bo Kata (Long Staff) division, Stephanie Linder received a well deserved gold medal and Karla Oosthuysen a silver.
In the male Bo Kata (Long Staff) division, Zahndré Vorster walked away with gold, followed by Charl Jacobs with silver and Sheldon van Kersen with bronze.
In the female Sai division, Stephanie Linder got gold and in the male Sai division Zahndré Vorster got gold, Charl Jacobs silver and Sheldon van Kersen bronze.
In the female Nunchaku division, Stephanie Linder performed a hat trick by once again winning gold, followed by Jenelle van Wyk and Taryn Barnett winning silver and bronze respectively.
In the male Nunchaku division, Zhandré Vorster also showed his talent by once again winning gold, with Charl Jacobs receiving silver and Benjamin Roode bronze.
In the junior Nunchaku division, William van Wyk walked away with a well deserved gold while Hannes Schreuder secured a silver for Mossel Bay.
