NATIONAL NEWS - Police are looking for a man whose genitals have been severely injured – reportedly whilst he was committing rape.
The victim was three months pregnant.
Police spokesman Brigadier Leonard Hlathi said the incident took place yesterday, at a plantation on the Spionkop Road in White River.
”The woman was hitch-hiking with her five-year-old child. She was on her way to a clinic. A white Toyota Tazz with two occupants, offered her a lift, however along the road she was pointed at with a firearm, ordered not to scream and (they) drove with her to the bushes.”
According to police, she was forcefully raped at knife point in front of her child.
She bit the genitals of one of her attackers. Police stated that he ran away.
He appealed to all health institutions that, should they find a man with injured genitalia, they must contact Constable Solly Mabuza on 082 730 7590 or call Crime Stop number 08600 10111.
